SIX ROUNDS.
NOTHING
TO DECIDE.
A new kickboxing routine every session: hands first, kicks once you're moving, the awkward transitions once you're warm. Today's Work is written before you open the app. No sign-up, no ads, works offline.

HOW IT WORKS
No programs to buy, no videos to follow. The routine is already written; you just train it.
- 01
SHAPE THE ROUTINE
Set the number of rounds and how long each round and rest runs. Today's Work is ready when you open the app — read it, reshuffle it if you like, then tap Start training.
- 02
BUILT ROUND BY ROUND
Rounds one and two are short punching combinations. Kicks arrive in round three, knees and side kicks later, and the combinations lengthen as you warm up — in shorthand like J-X-LH·B-RR, color-coded by head, body, kick, knee, elbow and defense.
- 03
DRILL THE ROUND
Each round drills one combination for the whole round. A bell starts it, a knock warns you at thirty seconds, a double bell ends it — and the rest shows you the next one.
- 04
KNOW EVERY STRIKE
Tap any strike for what it is and how it's thrown: a one-line definition, the steps, and a key point. Thirty-one strikes, from the jab to the Superman punch.
IN THE APP
Paper cards for the things you set. A black screen and the combination, big, for the things you do.

BUILT ON FOOTWORK
Every strike knows which foot carries it and where your weight lands, so combinations flow on your feet.
BOXING ONLY
One switch for punches only — plus ducks, rolls and pivots with Pro. Same routine, same bell.
PRO: ONE PAYMENT
The free app uses 18 strikes. Pro unlocks the other 13, from low kicks and elbows to the whole defensive set. No subscription.
QUESTIONS
Do I need equipment?
No. Shadowbox in a corridor if that's what you've got. A bag, pads or a partner all work the same — the app plans the rounds and keeps the bell.
Is it really free?
The routines and the technique pages for 18 strikes are free, with no account and no ads. Pro is one payment that unlocks the other 13 strikes, including low kicks, elbows, the spinning back fist, the Superman punch and the defensive set. Strikes added to Pro later are included.
I'm a beginner. Will I keep up?
The first rounds are short punching combinations, every code is spelled out in plain English under the shorthand, and every strike has a page on how it's thrown. The app isn't a coach, though: it can't see your form. Learn technique from a qualified in-person coach.
Which phones does it run on?
iPhone and Android. Get it on the App Store or Google Play.
